Turns out “other duties as assigned” was a title.
Peon takes the corporate food chain and puts your position in writing. The Titanium treatment gives the deliberately low-rank title a cool metallic finish—because if you’re going to do the work, fix the problem, and somehow still not be the person presenting it, you may as well dress appropriately.
Minimal from a distance. Much more specific once they read it.
